Two armchairs in a calm, quiet room

When your relationship feels close to breaking point, there may still be a way forward.

You may be here because things feel difficult, painful, or uncertain in your relationship — perhaps you feel stuck in the same arguments, disconnected from each other, or unsure how things reached this point.

I work with couples experiencing serious relationship distress, especially when the relationship feels fragile and both partners are trying to understand whether repair may still be possible.

Together, we look carefully at what is happening between you and what may need to change.

The first step is simply to explore whether this programme may be appropriate for your situation.

Programme Fee

The Couples Reset Programme costs £595.
This includes one 2-hour live online Intensive Session, two 60-minute live online follow-up sessions, preparation materials, and structured tasks between sessions.

Questions you may have

What is The Couples Reset Programme?

The Couples Reset Programme is a focused online programme for couples whose relationship feels fragile, painful, or close to breaking point.

It helps both partners look at what is happening between them, interrupt destructive patterns, and explore whether repair may still be possible.

It is intended for couples who are both willing to take part in the process together.

Is this general couples therapy?

Not in the usual open-ended sense. This is a short-term, structured programme rather than ongoing weekly couples therapy.

It is designed for couples who need focused support at a serious point in the relationship.

How much does the programme cost?

If the programme is confirmed as suitable for you both, the fee is £595.

This includes one 2-hour live online Intensive Session, two 60-minute online follow-up sessions, preparation materials, and structured tasks between sessions.

Payment is made by bank transfer after both partners have completed the Initial Enquiry and Suitability Form.

What is the Initial Enquiry and Suitability Form?

The Initial Enquiry and Suitability Form is the first step. Each partner completes the form separately so I can understand both perspectives and consider whether this programme is appropriate at this time.

It is not a counselling session, diagnosis, or emergency support.

After reviewing both forms, I will let you know whether the programme can be offered and, if so, send the next steps and payment instructions.

What happens after payment?

Once payment has been received, I will contact you to arrange your 2-hour Intensive Session.

After the session has been arranged, I will send the preparation materials and a link to complete the Intake Form before your first session.

The two 60-minute follow-up sessions then take place as part of the programme.

When is this programme not suitable?

This programme may not be suitable if:

  • either partner is not willing to explore whether repair may still be possible
  • either partner cannot participate freely or safely
  • either partner is currently involved in a romantic, sexual, or emotionally intimate relationship with another person outside the couple relationship
  • there is coercion, intimidation, threat, abuse, fear, or a safeguarding concern
  • there is a current emergency, acute crisis, unmanaged risk, or a need for urgent support
  • the level of conflict or instability makes this format inappropriate
  • a different form of support would be more appropriate

If you would like me to consider whether this programme may be suitable for your situation, please complete the Initial Enquiry and Suitability Form.
